The Arab Government Sustainability Fellowship is a transformative, 3-month program designed to empower public sector employees to lead sustainability efforts across the Arab world. Supported by Her Excellency Ohood Al Roumi and in partnership with the Arab Administrative Development Organisation and PepsiCo, the fellowship brings together 40 government employees per cohort. Participants gain insights into global and regional sustainability trends, learning directly from experts and pioneers. Through immersive training and upskilling, the program cultivates a dedicated network of government leaders committed to advancing environmental, social, and economic sustainability in their communities.
