Empowering the next generation of UAE National Sustainability Leaders
The UAE Sustainability Fellowships were established with the vision of nurturing a sustainable mindset among national youth, providing them with the tools to address pressing issues such as climate change, resource depletion, and sustainable development. The fellowships were designed to equip and empower national youth with the knowledge and skills needed to lead the charge for a green tomorrow in the UAE. By preparing them to tackle emerging sustainability challenges, we aim to transform individual efforts into a collective responsibility for a sustainable, inclusive future.
Our Growing Cohorts
In our pursuit to create a lasting impact, we established two dynamic cohorts: the first in 2023, consisting of 38+ fellows from the private sector. The second cohort in 2024 welcomed 36+ fellows from both private and public sectors, further expanding our commitment to sustainability. Each cohort plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of sustainability leaders in the UAE. In 2025, we launched our third cohort, welcoming 52 fellows from 47 different entities, marking another milestone in the program’s growth and reach. In total, the fellowship has engaged over 126 fellows across three cohorts.
